"Not only does this give our group of highly talented and experienced chefs the opportunity to get out in the community, but we are also thrilled to have this chance to work with several renowned and respected individuals in the home, garden and culinary industries. We are looking forward to a fun-filled and exciting event this year."
The chefs participating on behalf of PCI will include: Chef Peter McGuire and Chef Stephany Buswell on Friday, January 4th; Chef Udo Prambs and Chef Bo Friberg on Saturday, January 5th; and Chef Klaus Friedenreich and Chef Sandra Canella on Sunday, January 6th.
