Santa Cruz, CA – July 19, 2010 – Chaminade Resort & Spa, located in what is often called "Surf City USA", takes corporate meetings and retreats to the next level with Sea of Change, a virtual adventure that leads corporate teams on a surfing challenge without having to get wet!  This experiential learning program gives groups practice navigating in what is a constantly changing environment with hurdles and decisions to make collectively every step of the way.

As program facilitator, Mark Lord, asks, "How much time do sports teams spend practicing versus performing- and as a corporate team, how much time do we spend practicing versus performing?"  This practice time is essential to enable teams and groups to make the best decisions when it really counts.
