Author and Executive Chef to the Kennedys, Neil Connolly to Speak at Professional Culinary Institute of the Silicon Valley Commencement

CAMPBELL, Calif. - October 26, 2007 - The Professional Culinary of the Silicon Valley (PCI) will hold their Fall Commencement Ceremony Saturday, October 27, 2007 featuring keynote speaker, Neil Connolly, executive chef for the Kennedy's. Recently, Connolly published, In the Kennedy's Kitchen: Recipes and Recollections of a Great American Family, a book of the Kennedy family's photos and stories collected by Connolly, personally, throughout his 15 year tenure with the family as Rose Kennedy's personal chef.
