Young Professionals Gather for Mega Mixer!

Monterey, Calif. - June 2, 2005 - What do you get when the three largest organizations focused on young professionals in Monterey County get together?  You get the first annual Mega Mixer!  The Central Coast Young Farmers & Ranchers, the Monterey County Young Professionals Group, the Salinas Jaycees and event sponsor Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca invite all young professionals ages 21-39 to a one-of-a-kind mixer on Thursday, June 30, 2005 from 5:30pm-7:30pm.  The event will take place at Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca, 1021 Monterey Salinas Highway in Salinas.

For the first time ever in Monterey County, young professionals and business leaders from all over will have the opportunity to mingle and network while enjoying a tri-tip BBQ dinner and hot laps courtesy of Skip Barber Racing School!  Admission is ONLY $5 which includes dinner and t-shirt (while supplies last), no host wine and beer will be available for purchase.

Planning committee members for the Mega Mixer include:  Salinas Jaycee representatives Kimbley Craig of KSBW and Melissa Mears of Tri-County Business Systems;   Central Coast Young Farmers and Ranchers members Steve McShane of NewStar Fresh and Dee Dee Miletich of American Ag Credit; Monterey County Young Professionals Group president, Lisa Piotrkowski of Armanasco Public Relations, Inc. and Francine Sullivan of Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca, the event's sponsor.
