MENU: Hors d'oeuvres featuring Scotch quail eggs, olive and goat cheese tartlet, and smoked Scottish salmon on mini potato pancake with dill clotted cream; paired with The Glenlivet 12-Year Old.
Salad of Local Baby Field Lettuces, vanilla poached pear, Maytag blue cheese, spiced almonds; paired with The Glenlivet 15-Year Old.
Roasted Dayboat Sea Scallops & Wild Caught Prawns, Potato Colcannon, stewed leek broth & lemon oil; paired with The Glenlivet Nàdurra.
ENTRÉE: Braised Aberdeen Angus Beef Deckle & Herb-Crusted Lamb Chop, barley risotto, creamed watercress, field mushroom ragoût; paired with The Glenlivet 18-Year Old.
