The Cannery Row Company Hires New Leasing Manager
MONTEREY, CALIF. – The Cannery Row Company announced today they have appointed Dianna Addeman as the Leasing Manager for the Cannery Row Company.
Addeman has nearly a decade of experience in commercial real estate. She was involved in the mall industry nationwide, working for developers to lease everything from a single parking space to big box stores, as well as arranging for filming, advertising and special events.
Prior to joining the Cannery Row Company Addeman was Business Development Manager for the Macerich Company in Victorville, securing deals for upwards of 40 malls and negotiating national accounts. Dianna successfully found tenants for commercial space that had been vacant for years. She also was Specialty Leasing Agent for the Taubman Company at the Sunvalley Shopping Center in Concord.
As Leasing Manager her primary role is leasing for Cannery Row Company's holdings that include the American Tin Cannery, Fairway Shopping Center in Pacific Grove and Monterey's Cannery Row.
Originally from Pomona, California, Addeman enjoys gardening, sewing and spending time with her adult daughters.
