CARMEL, CALIF. - September 11, 2006 - A new store at the Barnyard Shopping Village in Carmel, California, will help customers set the mood this fall with fresh concepts in home and personal fragrance. Atmospheres, opening this weekend, is a lifestyle boutique offering refreshing, invigorating, and aroma therapy fragrance products for the bath and body.

Atmospheres' exceptional-quality, clean-burning candles, air-cleansing and collectible art-glass effusion lamps, distinctive home décor items, as well as exotic incense, essential oil diffusers, and revitalizing room sprays, merge the elements that define personal atmosphere, whether at home or in a work environment.

At Atmospheres, customers will find established brand name fragrance lines such as Crabtree & Evelyn and Lampe Berger; spa-grade lotions, soaps, and Concreta from Zents; heavenly scented candles and trendy room fragrance lines from Botanicus and Isola Luce; and aromatic décor products from international and domestic artists.

Atmospheres is a new venture created by husband and wife team Bill and Camille Brubach. The Brubachs and their two young daughters moved to the Monterey Peninsula to enjoy the area's vibrant, artistic community and year-round healthy environment. The family hopes to establish Atmospheres as a source for interesting new concepts for optimal living.

Atmospheres will host a grand opening celebration this weekend-timed to coincide with the Barnyard Merchant Open House taking place September 16-with free gifts for customers while supplies last.
