Seaside Highlands Sponsors Second Annual Toy Drive
SEASIDE, Calif. - November 11, 2004-This holiday season, Seaside Highlands and The Boys & Girls Clubs of Monterey County are teaming up, once again to help spread holiday joy to the youth of our community through a toy drive. The second annual Seaside Highlands Toy Drive will take place November 26 through December 17, 2004 as new, unwrapped gifts are collected for boys and girls ages six through 18. Sponsors include: KB Home, Bakewell Homes, KION, KCBA and ClearChannel Radio.
"Last year we were able to make holiday wishes come true for hundreds of Monterey County families with the help of our partner, Seaside Highlands. This toy drive is a great way to make a difference in the life of a child during this joyous season," said Donna Ferraro, President/CEO of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Monterey County.
Drop boxes are located at the following locations: Boys & Girls Club Seaside Unit, 1332 La Salle Ave., Seaside; Boys & Girls Club Salinas Unit, 85 Maryal Drive, Salinas; Seaside Highlands Sales Office, 4750 Sea Ridge Ct., Seaside (Off Coe Ave.); Seaside Fire Department, 1635 Broadway Ave., Seaside; and Seaside Police Department, 440 Harcourt Ave., Seaside and Sand City Police Department and City Hall, 1 Sylvan Park Sand City.
