In 1892 Victorian England, on the campus of Oxford University, two college chums, Charley and Algernon, are anxious to court their lady loves but for one problem: They do not have a proper chaperone. The young men devise a plot that will allow them to arrange a visit with their lady friends, and find themselves caught in a complicated yet hilarious ruse.
