Santa Catalina School Invites You to Take “a Safari Adventure”
Monterey, Calif. - April 15, 2005 - Santa Catalina School will be hosting A Safari Adventure carnival on Saturday, May 7 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on the school campus located at 1500 Mark Thomas Drive in Monterey. Admission to the carnival is free and the public is invited to attend.
There will be fun for the whole family, and attractions include a petting zoo and Giant Saber Tooth Tiger slide for the little ones, while older children will enjoy a rock climbing wall and dunk tank. Attendees can play a game of Putt-Putt Golf and participate in the exciting Water Balloon Challenge before they enjoy an old-fashioned barbeque.
Try out your skills at any of the Bag Toss, Ring-A-Bottle, or Go Fish! games. Continuous train rides and a 5-in-1 bungee trampoline will entertain children while mom and dad peruse the farmers market.
A benefit drawing will be held during the carnival where prizes include a Dell laptop computer, San Francisco Giants tickets, gift certificates from local businesses, season passes to Great America and much more.
