Castroville, Calif. - July 26, 2005 - The partnership of Ausonio Incorporated, Colonial Partners, LLC and the City of Seaside are one of this year's Monterey Business Council 2005 Public/Private Economic Development Partnership Award recipients for the San Pablo Court Development in Seaside. This partnership of Government and Business succeeded in creating jobs and has produced much needed affordable housing for the Seaside community. The San Pablo Court development is located on San Pablo Avenue just west of Fremont Boulevard in the City of Seaside.  Conceptual design was by Wald, Ruhnke & Dost Architects, LLP. This 100% affordable housing development will provide home-ownership opportunities for very-low, low and moderate-income households in Seaside.

The Monterey County Business Council's Pubic/Private Economic Development Partnership Award is awarded to showcase public/private partnerships throughout the county that have resulted in economic benefits to Monterey County communities. Comprised of owners and executives and Associate Members from the government and community, the non-profit Monterey Business Council seeks to promote the concept of private-public partnerships by bringing business experience and techniques to the public arena.
