Sale of Moss Landing Refractory Site Complete
Monterey, Calif. - HMBY Limited Partnership announces its purchase of the National Refractories & Minerals Corporation Moss Landing facility, now known as the Moss Landing Commercial Park. The deal was finalized on December 10.

Located near the historic Moss Landing harbor and adjacent to the Duke Energy site on California's central coast, the 200-acre site currently contains a refractory plant and a magnesium oxide production facility. The site has nearly 300,000-square-feet of on-site building space, is zoned for light and heavy industrial use, is equipped with fresh water wells and has a permit for daily intake and outflow of 60-million gallons of seawater.
