Local MLS Initiates Key Component of Strategic Initiative to Improve Customer Service

SAN JOSE, Calif. - RE InfoLink announced today its decision to work with salesforce.com (NYSE: CRM) to implement a complete, state-of-the-art customer relationship management (CRM) system, with an emphasis on robust customer service and support. Salesforce.com, the market and technology leader in on-demand CRM, recently launched Supportforce.com to provide streamlined management of customer information for a more personal, higher-quality service experience. InfoLink's Supportforce.com implementation is the latest step in a series of initiatives, put forth by the new leadership installed at InfoLink last December, to promote a customer-driven perspective within the organization.

"As our organization has matured, there's been growing demand for a flexible, scalable CRM solution that could be customized to match our unique business needs," said RE InfoLink Interim CEO Dick Gourley. "Our existing systems, a mix of off-the-shelf and homegrown software, were no longer able to keep up." Mr. Gourley adds, "There is significantly less risk and cost in implementing Supportforce.com than continuing with the current systems."

InfoLink selected salesforce.com's on-demand customer service solution to consolidate its disparate databases and integrate the company's legacy systems, combining all pertinent subscriber data into a single access point. The new system will allow sharing of information across departments and enhance individualized customer support. "With the Supportforce.com system," said Mr. Gourley, "we can automatically route calls to the right person and escalate cases that require special care."

InfoLink is currently in the process of implementing Supportforce.com. "Our goal is to improve the customer's experience and drive down support costs. We look forward to our rollout of multi-level CRM across the company, allowing us to deliver better service, faster."
