Plaza Grande Residents Celebrating This Holiday Season
SALINAS, Calif.- Salinas' newest neighbor, Plaza Grande will be celebrating this joyous holiday season with a party on Tuesday, December 23, 2003 from 4:30-6:30pm. Plaza Grande's current 61 residents and owners, Daniel Silverie III, Inc and Silverie Properties, LLC have decorated the facility with poinsettias, lights, a Christmas tree and more in preparation for the festivities.
"We are pleased to celebrate the Holiday Season with our neighbors and friends. We pray the Lord richly blesses them in their new home," said Dan Silverie.
Mayor Anna Caballero officially welcomed the addition of Plaza Grande to the Salinas Valley last month. This 91 unit, single-occupancy housing project is a quality, affordable housing community for single adults on a limited income. The Housing Authority of the County of Monterey manages and maintains the property for Silverie Properties, working with and placing eligible residents.
