Pediatrician Shreve Archer to Speak at Chartwell Seminar
SEASIDE, Calif. - Chartwell School and co-sponsor Schwab Learning will continue its series of free Community Outreach Workshops with Developmental Pediatrician Shreve Archer presenting "ADD (Attention Deficit Disorder), Diagnosis and Treatment". Dr. Archer's practice in Carmel, California focuses on children with learning disabilities, attention deficit disorder and behavior problems. Dr. Archer has worked at both the Mailman Center for Child Development at the University of Miami School of Medicine and the Child Development Center at Children's Hospital Oakland. He is a member of the Society for Behavioral and Developmental Pediatrics.
This informative seminar will be held at 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 19, 2003, at the Embassy Suites, Monterey Bay, located at 1441 Canyon del Rey in Monterey. The workshop series will continue throughout the year with other recognized speakers presenting in Monterey, Salinas and Santa Cruz on topics related to dyslexia and learning disabilities. Workshops are free and are recommended for parents, teachers, educators and therapists interested in learning more about this common disability.
