SALINAS, Calif. - January 28, 2005 - Salinas based, real estate development and land management company, NESTech Management Group, Inc., has announced the appointment of Wade Martin and Liz Crooke as Co-Presidents. Martin will be managing real estate sales and properties, while Crooke will assume responsibility for company administration, operations and community and media relations.

Wade Martin has held his real estate license since 1998, receiving his GRI (Graduate of Realtors Institute) degree in 2001. He is a member of the Monterey County Association of REALTORS® and is currently working on his broker's license. His professional experience includes managing more than 600 individual units at 40 different properties in the Silicon Valley, and is currently co-owner and managing agent of Nest Real Estate in Salinas where he is training agents to sell and manage properties throughout Monterey County.

Liz Crooke oversees the daily administrative matters involving employee relations and training, corporate accounting, reporting, administrative and operations oversight and media development. Additionally, she is an Associate Realtor and co-owner of Nest Real Estate and is working on obtaining her GRI Certification.
