Monterey’s World Famous Sardine Factory Welcomes Home Executive Chef Brant E. Good

"We are honored that Chef Good has made his return to the Sardine Factory," said Bert Cutino, Co-Founder/Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the Sardine Factory. "He brings immense talent, experience and skill to the position of Executive Chef."
Chef Good is a 30-year veteran of the restaurant and hospitality industry. At the age of 23, he was the youngest Chef of a Mobil 4-Star Restaurant in the United States. In 1992 Chef Good attended the prestigious Beringer School for American Chefs in the Napa Valley, where the emphasis of food & wine pairing was taken to the highest levels, training under Legendary Chef-teacher Madelienne Kamman and Tim Hanni MW (Master of Wine and Enology).
Over the course of Chef Good's career he has served three former US Presidents, international and national dignitaries; and worked with many celebrity chefs in charitable and fundraising events.
"I am thrilled to return to the Sardine Factory," said Chef Good. "This is an exciting opportunity and I look forward to rejoining the community of Monterey."
Chef Grant currently resides in Monterey with his wife Cheryl and 19 year old son Brant, Jr.
