Monterey Peninsula's Newest Fitness Boutique Synchrofit Opening

June 15, 2004

CARMEL, Calif. --Thursday, June 17 marks the grand opening of the Monterey Peninsula's latest fitness boutique, SynchroFit. Providing state-of-the-art Keiser equipment, personalized training including private Pilates sessions, nutrition and vitamin counseling and the latest European anti-aging and cellulite treatments, SynchroFit offers a distinctly different approach to wellness. Grand opening events will take place at SynchroFit, newly opened in the beautiful Carmel Plaza; validated parking is available.

A unique blend of old and new, SynchroFit's philosophy is based on the teachings of the legendary Dr. Deepak Chopra, a widely recognized expert in the field of holistic medicine. Throughout his career, Dr. Chopra has helped countless people take control of their lives, remain more robust and youthful as they age, and access the body's unlimited natural pharmacy - the keys to perfect health and total well-being - through a process he calls "synchrodestiny." Synchrodestiny is the ability to transform our lives according to our intentions and to understand what would fulfill our needs at the deepest, most basic level.

In addition to post-rehabilitation training, private and semi-private Stotts Pilates classes, circuit training, personal and functional training, nutritional and vitamin supplements, SynchroFit offers Kaiser strength-training equipment, Life Fitness Cardio machinery including treadmills, recumbent bikes and cross trainers (all equipped with personal LCD screens) and the Nautilus Stepmil 7000 PT. SynchroFit's services also include the most advanced anti-aging and cellulite-reduction systems on the market including the revolutionary Ionithermie Body & Face and FDA certified Endermologie Body programs.

SynchroFit's grand opening will be held from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m., Thursday, June 17. Visitors will have the opportunity to experience SynchroFit's treatments, demonstrations of equipment and meet SynchroFit's qualified staff. For more information call (831) 625-3488.
