Monterey County Young Professionals Group Hosts First Mixer
MONTEREY, Calif.-The Monterey County Young Professionals Group (MCYPG) is hosting its first mixer Tuesday, October 8, 2002 from 6 - 8pm at Montrio Bistro, 414 Calle Principal in Monterey. The MCYPG was founded by Lisa Piotrkowski, Jessica Spitz, Elizabeth Ruese and Catherine Bowie of Armanasco Public Relations, Inc., based in Monterey.
The mission of the MCYPG is to bring together young professionals in their 20s and 30s while providing networking opportunities in a casual and social environment. The MCYPG is eager and enthusiastic about the emerging role of young professionals in the local community, and is looking forward to offering their peers a new resource in their career development.
MCYPG President Lisa Piotrkowski commented, "We are excited to offer this unique opportunity to young professionals in Monterey County. So far the response has been overwhelming. We are looking forward to this being the first of many events for the MCYPG."
