Highway 68 Steakhouse Celebrates Grand Opening

Monterey, Calif. - February 3, 2005 - The highway 68 corridor is the site of a striking new restaurant, sure to stop passersby and attract many in search of fabulous cuisine. Located at the Waystation Inn near the corner of Highway 68 and Olmsted Road, Steakhouse Sixty8 Bar & Grill will celebrate its grand opening on February 11th.

Open from 10:00am to 11:00pm, Steakhouse Sixty8 serves lunch and dinner delights from its full deli and tantalizing dinner menu. Prepared daily, oven roasted turkey breast, ham and prime rib, compliment Sixty8's fresh baked breads and gourmet salads. Prime steak is the house specialty featuring elegant prime porterhouse steak and delectable chateaubriand for two, carved tableside. Sixty8 also features enticing fresh seafood and perfectly prepared poultry dishes by Sixty8's Chef DeCusina Martin Osorio, formerly of the Rio Grill and the Lodge at Pebble Beach.

Surrounded by a luxurious fireplace lounge is a well-appointed bar complete with prize liquor, Louis VIII. A 500 gallon saltwater fish tank and beautifully arranged wine cellar complimented by plasma televisions located in the lounge create an entertaining yet relaxed atmosphere.
