Donate Your Car to Help Save Dogs Left Behind
Cars 4 Causes® partners with Peace of Mind Dog Rescue
To donate your car, boat, RV or motorcycle, please visit the POMDR website at www.peaceofminddogrescue.org, click on the Cars 4 Causes® link and complete the simple form. Cars 4 Causes® will arrange to have your vehicle picked up, transfer the title, and sell the car on behalf of POMDR. They will send you a receipt for tax purposes. Donations can also be made by calling 1-800-766-2273 and speaking with a donation representative.
POMDR finds new homes for dogs whose guardians can no longer care for them because of illness, death, or other challenging circumstances, as well as senior dogs in animal shelters. POMDR gives a lifetime commitment to all of the dogs it rescues, and guarantees that they will live out their lives in loving homes whether they are adopted or in foster homes. POMDR is creating better lives for rescued dogs through foster homes, rescue, adoption, hospice and education. POMDR, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization was founded in October 2009 to provide peace of mind to dog guardians by finding new permanent loving homes for dogs whose person can no longer care for them due to illness, death, or other challenging life circumstances, and to relieving the suffering of senior dogs who end up in animal shelters and have a poor chance of getting adopted from the shelter.
