CCSS' home care services include free initial consultation, information and referral, case management, assessments, and home management. The Navigation Service helps clients and family members develop the best plan for their long-term care. In addition to being a local resource, CCSS can help locate home care for family and friends in other states.
Making sure that clients are comfortable and happy in their homes is CCSS' number one goal. Trained Personal Attendants may assist with a variety of activities, including: personal care such as bathing and dressing, medication reminders, daily routine, meal preparation, light housework, companionship, grocery shopping, and respite care.
