MONTEREY, Calif. - December 13, 2006 - California Reverse Mortgage Company, a valuable financial resource for senior homeowners, has relocated to downtown Monterey at 445 Tyler Street. Owned and operated by husband and wife team, Lloyd and Bonnie Daniel, California Reverse Mortgage Company offers the opportunity for homeowners, age 62 and older, to convert the equity they have gained in their home to cash. Reverse mortgages can provide senior homeowners the funds needed to live a more secure and enjoyable retirement.

California Reverse Mortgage Company offers a variety of programs including a Federal Housing Administration (FHA) Home Equity Conversion Mortgage, a FannieMae "HomeKeeper," and a Jumbo Product. A reverse mortgage does not require monthly payments, but rather repayment is due when the home is no longer the borrower's principal residence.
