Bill and Teresa Lee Announce Plans to Open Bistro in Carmel
CARMEL, Calif. - Bill and Teresa Lee are proud to announce their plans to add another fabulous dining establishment to their already impressive portfolio. Located in The Barnyard Shopping Village in Carmel, the Bixby Martini Bistro is expected to open in late December of this year. "Bixby" will serve lunch and dinner seven days a week with a full bar and extensive wine list. The menu will feature a retro-style of dining including such items as Oysters Rockefeller, prime rib, cedar planked salmon, local seafood and specialties from a by gone era, all mixed with a modern twist and stylish plate presentations the Lee's and Chef Jason Wright are famous for!
Named after the famed Bixby Bridge along Highway 1's rugged coastline, the Bixby Martini Bistro will have a modernized retro feel reminiscent of classic California living, featuring post-modern architecture design by Wayne Iverson and interior design by Tracy Manning.
Bill Lee has been in the restaurant industry for 37 years and has owned and operated restaurants for the past 22 years. Most recently the Lee's opened a local's favorite, Bahama Billy's, also located in The Barnyard Shopping Village.
