Barnyard’s From Tee to Green to Host ‘extraordinary Putting’ Author, Fred Shoemaker
Carmel, Calif. - May 30, 2006 -From Tee to Green, located in the Barnyard Shopping Village, will host a book signing with golf instructor and author, Fred Shoemaker, on Saturday, June 10 from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. Shoemaker will give a brief lecture, answer questions and discuss his new release, 'Extraordinary Putting' as well as his previous title, "Extraordinary Golf."
Shoemaker, a resident of Carmel, began teaching golf in the 1970s and is founder of Extraordinary Golf®, named one of Golf Magazine's "25 Best Golf Schools in America". He lectures and conducts workshops around the world for the Professional Golf Association (PGA) the Ladies Professional Golf Association (LPGA), as well as major corporations such as Apple Computers, Oracle, and Pfizer.
From Tee to Green, a store specializing in women's golf apparel, shoes, equipment and accessories, celebrated their grand re-opening at the Barnyard Shopping Village in November 2005 with local owners Lisa Sherman and Katherine Nino. In addition to golf related merchandise, From Tee to Green offers an in-house, state-of-the-art swing analysis system, LPGA-certified instruction, professional club fitting services and golf-related workshops.
This event is free and open to the public.
