Baja Cantina Launches “heart for Haiti” Drive to Benefit Red Cross Haiti Relief Effort
Monterey, Calif. – January 15, 2010 - Baja Cantina announced today that effective immediately, it will begin collecting donations for the Red Cross' relief efforts in Haiti. The "Heart for Haiti" fundraising effort will continue through Valentine's Day, February 14th. Those who donate to the relief effort will receive a free item of their choice off the "Heart for Haiti" menu. Donations are tax deductable, and receipts from donations will be sent by the Red Cross at the conclusion of the fundraiser. The owners' and staff's hearts go out to those affected by the devastation in Haiti, and to the families who are waiting to learn of their loved ones' safety.
