CASTROVILLE, Calif.- Last week, the Salinas Valley Builders Exchange (SVBE) proudly announced that Ausonio Incorporated has been selected by the Board of Directors to design and build the new SVBE facility. The SVBE's decision was made after a thorough review of the proposals set forth by the competing design/build firms. "The Board of Directors, both past and present have been working towards constructing our own building for many years now, and I'm thrilled to see this dream become a reality," said Gwen Miller, Chief Executive Officer of SVBE.

Located at 20 Quail Run Circle in Salinas, this new office building with a preliminary budget of nearly $1.2M will be approximately 14,000-sq. ft. The SVBE will be occupying 5,000-sq. ft. and the balance of the space will be available for lease.

"We are extremely grateful and proud that our peers in the construction industry have chosen Ausonio to complete this project," said Mog Cabatu, Vice President of Ausonio, Incorporated. "Ausonio proudly supports the SVBE and its mission."
