American Culinary Federation to Host Annual Award Ceremony

WHAT:


The 29th Annual "Chef of the Year" Dinner and President's Ball
Members of the Monterey Bay Chapter of the ACF will recognize an esteemed peer with the prestigious "Chef of the Year" Award. Bert P. Cutino, Certified Executive Chef (CEC), American Academy of Chefs (AAC), and past ACF National Chef of the Year (1988), will honor the individual who has shown outstanding dedication to members of the ACF, the culinary profession and the community.

The evening program will include commendations from Congressman Sam Farr, California State Senator Bruce McPherson, local city mayors, and other dignitaries who will be in attendance. The Honorable Leon Panetta, former White House Chief of Staff will also attend the evening as a distinguished guest. The event will be complimented with fine wine and food.
