Alzheimer’s Association Creates “holiday Bear Boutique” at the Barnyard

Carmel, Calif. - November 1, 2005 - In efforts to raise funds and awareness for a very noble cause, The Barnyard Shopping Village is proud to announce along with the local chapter of the Alzheimer's Association, the opening of a "Holiday Bear Boutique". By mixing creativity and luxurious textiles, including donated recycled fine fur, the Holiday Bear Boutique will be stocked with heirloom teddy bears all created by volunteers.  Each handcrafted teddy bear is designed with ingenuity and a loving touch.

The boutique is set to open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Friday, November 25 in Suite G17 of The Barnyard and will be open 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. every Saturday through December 17. Proceeds from the sales will benefit the works of the non-profit Alzheimer's Association.
