Cannery Row's flagship restaurant adds delicious new entrees and desserts to menu
The Sardine Factory's new house specialties are:
Seafood & Pasta: Sautéed white fish, mussels, clams and prawns on a bed of pasta with tomatoes, garlic and marinara sauce.
Lobster & Pasta: Rigatoni pasta, parmesan cheese, tomatoes and scallions with lobster meat in alfredo sauce.
Local Monterey Sand Dabs with lemon butter sauce.
Parmesan Crusted Calamari Steak, Diver Scallops & Prawns: Black truffle risotto and lemon caper sauce.
Chicken Baltino: Grilled breast of chicken with wild mushroom risotto, sautéed spinach, mushroom ragoût and Madeira wine sauce.
Broiled Aged 10 oz. New York Steak with fried onions.
Grilled USDA Prime Petite Filet Mignon with wild mushroom ragoût, garlic mashed potatoes and sautéed vegetables.
The house specialties are served with the chef's choice of vegetables and range in price from $19.95 to $27.95. The new additions offer guests new dining choices at a range of affordable prices.
