Russell Lockwood Joins Shearwater Air
MONTEREY, CALIF. – Shearwater Air announced today that Russell Lockwood, the former Monterey Jet Center Customer Service Manager, has joined Shearwater Air as Flight Coordinator. In addition to arranging all logistics for charter flights, Lockwood is responsible for the day-to-day management of Shearwater Air's Monterey office and oversees marketing and sales for the company.
"I've always been fascinated with the aviation industry, so working for Shearwater Air is a perfect fit. Not only is Shearwater Air the only jet charter service based in Monterey, it's an award-winning company and the top in its class," said Lockwood.
During Lockwood's tenure at the Monterey Jet Center, the center was voted consistently in Top 10 U.S. Fixed Base Operators Pro Pilot Magazine's PRASE survey and Aviation International News.
A native on Monterey, Lockwood graduated from the University of Hawaii with a Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in marketing.
