Monterey County Young Professionals Group Launches New Website
Group offers networking, volunteer and employment opportunities at the click of a mouse
Young professionals, ages 21 - 39, must re-register their email addresses on the new site in order to receive future event notices, newsletters, announcements, etc. Group membership continues to be free and signing up takes a few minutes. MCYPG recommends that interested parties register today and share the information with friends and colleagues that would benefit from MCYPG. Those whom do not re-register at the new site will not receive future notices.
Additional features of the new site include a bulletin board which allows members to post employment and volunteer opportunities, general announcements, and community events. Also, with professional photographer Topher Mueller at the group's events, the website will be updated with event photos. Several other member-focused programs are in progress.
Founded in 2002, the Monterey County Young Professionals Group is dedicated to offering professionals in their 20s and 30s a career and business development resource. The MCYPG also provides valuable networking opportunities for young professionals to forge new relationships and establish business contacts, thus promoting and encouraging their emerging roles in the local community.
