Community Meeting Room Opens in Mid-County
New Ocean Honda dealership makes wired meeting room available to non-profit groups
Ocean Honda owner and president Steve John included the fully wired community room as part of the construction of his new spacious dealership, which opened last month.
"As a community volunteer myself, I know that meeting space is limited, particularly in the Mid-County area," said John. "I hope that our new community room can ease the crunch for community groups looking for a comfortable place to meet."
With a capacity of 20 people, the meeting room will be available Mondays through Thursdays, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. The room is wired for Internet access, and the facility is fully compatible with most audio-visual equipment. A second meeting room with wireless capacity also is available as well.

Ocean Honda opened its new dealership at 3801 Soquel Drive, Soquel in March. Its 42,000 square foot dealership sits on 4.2 acres near the intersection of Soquel Drive and 41st Avenue. The dealership was built according to environmentally sustainable guidelines, including a pervious pavement plan that encourages pollution-free water runoff. Ocean Honda is open everyday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday.
