China Education Resources Inc. Announces Program to Train 50,000 Teachers

VANCOUVER, BC - June 28, 2007 - China Education Resources Inc. (CER, the Company) (TSX-V: CHN) in collaboration with the Curriculum Development Centre (CDC) of China's Ministry of Education, is pleased to announce that in August it will launch the next cycle in its ongoing teacher training programs, utilizing CER's newly implemented Education Messaging Program which allows teachers to communicate simultaneously with each other. Teachers who successfully pass the training programs will be rewarded CDC professional development certifications. The Company is charging 144 RMB ($20.26 CDN) per teacher for the August program and expects to generate revenues of approximately $1,000,000 from approximately 50,000 teachers who will participate in the program.

Zhou, Chairman and CEO said, "The reaction from our recently completed Spring teacher training program has been exceptional and has given both the CDC and ourselves the confidence to expand the program. Based on a survey of nearly 10,000 teachers who completed the training, more than two thirds rated the training as "perfect". The overwhelming majority reported that the training was highly beneficial in helping them understand and implement the new curriculum. During the Spring program, participating teachers downloaded more than 123 terabytes of learning materials (one terabyte is equal to one trillion bytes). To the Company's knowledge, this volume of traffic makes CER the worldwide leader in supporting K-12 online education.
To date, the Company has three provinces in China committed to participating in the August training; Shandong, Hainan and Xinjiang. Fifteen thousand (15,000) of the participants will be from Shandong which is China's 2nd most populous province with 870,000 teachers.
Mr. Zhou remarked, "We are very happy to have the involvement of Shandong in our teacher training program. Shandong started with 4,400 teachers in our spring program. This time we will have 15,000 teachers from Shandong. The Shandong Provincial Education authority is very impressed with our training model which essentially is a new form of pedagogy and the only one of its kind in China. As our approach continues to prove its value, I am confident that CER will be training an ever more significant percentage of teachers in Shandong Province and across China."###
