Car Show for the Vets to Benefit Local Veterans’ Groups
Community invited to show cars at event co-sponsored by Central Coast Senior Services, Inc.

MONTEREY, Calif. - July 8, 2008 - The 3rd annual Car Show for the Vets, "Mid Summer's Dream Cars", will be held at The Park Lane, A Classic Residence by Hyatt on Sunday, July 13, 2008 from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Car enthusiasts are invited to show off their cars and demonstrate their support and appreciation of local veterans. Registered participants will have the chance to receive awards for Best of Show, Veteran's Show and Best of Decade. Live music, free root beer floats, a raffle, food, a blessing of the cars, and an appearance by a Color Guard are part of the festivities. All net proceeds from the day will benefit Veterans' causes.
