MONTEREY, CALIF.– Café Fina and Domenico's on the Wharf invite you to Whalefest Monterey 2011 on Old Fisherman's Wharf, a celebration of the magnificent whales that stop in the Monterey Bay on their yearly migrations. As a special offer in conjunction with the Whalefest Monterey, those who dine at Café Fina and Domenico's on the Wharf from January 22nd through April 15th and who say the magic word "Moby" will receive a free appetizer (chef's choice).

WhaleFest Monterey 2011 will be held on Saturday, January 22, 2011 — 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM and will benefit many local marine-conservation, non-profit organizations. The day will feature a wide array of family-fun activities, including a scavenger hunt; bocce ball tournament; whale watching excursions; live music and entertainment; special concert with Barbara Joy and the La Mesa School Children's Chorus directed by Gloria A. Souza; dancing; educational exhibits presented by marine organizations; raffle; documentary and film screenings; and much more. Several local hotels in Monterey are offering special room rates, including the Portola Hotel & Spa and De Anza Inn.
