CASTROVILLE, California - December 16, 2008 -Jim Staniec, Senior Project Manager with Ausonio Incorporated, has become a LEED Accredited Professional with the U.S. Green Building Council after passing the LEED AP exam for new construction. He is currently managing two LEED projects, including Monterey College of Law's Community Justice Center, which is targeting LEED® Platinum certification.

A licensed General Contractor since 1986, Staniec has over 30 years experience in managing the development and construction of various complex building operations. As Senior Project Manager with Ausonio Incorporated, he was responsible for completing the construction of Stage I of the Monterey College of Law facility conversion. He is currently managing the construction of several buildings that are targeting various levels of LEED® certification. An Ausonio Incorporated employee since 2000, Staniec earned a LEED AP credential by passing the LEED Accreditation Professional Exam for new construction offered through the U.S. Green Building Certification Institute.
