A.G. Davi Realigns Business Structure to Concentrate on Property Management
MONTEREY, CALIF. - A.G. Davi Property Management announced today that it is realigning its business structure to concentrate solely on property management, the core of its business. A.G. Davi's real estate agents will be moving their sales and leasing business to Coldwell Banker Del Monte Realty, the Monterey Peninsula's leading real estate company.
This announcement comes in the wake of the news that former California Real Estate Commissioner Jeff Davi has resigned from his position and is returning to Carmel. With the return of Davi, the entire Davi family, including father Anthony Davi, Sr., Tina Davi-Faia and Anthony Davi, Jr., will continue to be partners in A.G. Davi Property Management, a Monterey-based, family-run company, which manages nearly 1,000 residential doors and one million square feet of commercial space.
"Real estate sales and leasing may appear to be a big part of our business, but they are minor in comparison to property management, and we believe that our real estate customers will be better served with the resources of a larger company," said Anthony Davi, Jr., co-owner of A.G. Davi Property Management.
Over the last five years, A.G. Davi Property Management has doubled the size of its management portfolio both from new accounts and through purchasing other firms' accounts. Realigning the company's business structure allows the leadership team to grow the property management division.
Several former A.G. Davi Realtors will be joining Coldwell Banker Del Monte Realty as part of this announcement, including: Jason Coniglio, Anthony Davi, Jr., Cameron Davi, Kelly Davi, Niki Domeno, Amber Hathaway and Darryl Kenyon. These agents will offer residential sales and commercial sales and leasing.
Anthony Davi, Jr., stressed that the move will not impact the ongoing operations of A.G. Davi Property Management. "A.G. Davi Property Management has been a fixture in Monterey Peninsula real estate for more than 60 years and will continue to be so," he said. "This move simply affords us the time and resources we need to grow the bread and butter of our company, property management, and thus we feel it is the right move at the right time."
