APR coordinated the media relations for the welcoming ceremony, which introduced the new concessionaire for the Asilomar Conference Grounds, ARAMARK to the community. We secured several stories including this full page feature in the Cedar Street Times. The article focused on the local products and foods served at the event, and included a profile piece on the new corporate executive chef, Brian Stapleton. Photos of the food and chef, two recipes for the artichoke dishes served at the event and facts and information on artichokes were included in the article.
