As the very first condo-hotel on the Monterey Peninsula, this story provides an overview of the amenities and pricing of the Retreat at Carmel Valley Ranch. Since May 2006, Carmel Valley Ranch has spent approximately $60 million to renovate the entire property, including the golf course, golf clubhouse and hotel rooms. The 144 condo-hotel units, designed by renowned designer, Peter Gumpel, are slated to be completed in mid-2008, but are currently available for purchase by private investors.
