Events can serve as a means to create “buzz,” build awareness/recognition or support a cause. APR acts as a full-service event coordinator/manager, taking the client’s event from planning stages to the finished product. APR’s Event Management services help to establish the client as a valuable and active member in a targeted community and build community awareness of the client and/or project. Among the many Event Management activities APR provides are: developing and managing specific events at clients’ request, working toward a positive and successful end result while staying within budget parameters, issuing press releases to announce the event, providing media relations at the event, handling sponsor relations, developing agendas, speaking points and speeches and coordinating all aspects of planning (research, collecting bids from vendors, identifying a viable location, invitation creation and design and more).
