Crisis Communications is the planning of a proactive system to prepare for potential problems, minimizing damage and preserving reputation. APR works with its clients to develop a cohesive plan for averting crises as well as dealing with them should they arise. APR’s clients are trained and equipped with strategies and tactics to react effectively in a timely manner to communicate assurance and confidence to critical audiences.

In the event of a crisis, APR can act as a spokesperson for the client, arrange and manage press conferences, create an image plan and develop key messages. APR strives to deliver clients balanced media coverage and public opinion, crisis containment and avoidance of a negative “snowball effect.”
