TOM HONIG,
SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
Tom Honig, longtime Monterey Bay
Area journalist, is a senior
account executive with Armanasco
Public Relations, Inc. He is
responsible for media strategies
and client programs. He joined
the firm in 2007, after a
35-year journalism career with
the Santa Cruz Sentinel
newspaper. For 15 years, he was
an award-winning editor and
editorial writer, with
experience in politics,
government affairs, business and
environmental issues. A graduate
of the University of California,
Santa Barbara, Tom has also
worked as a freelance writer and
sailing instructor for Club Med.
He is past board president for
the United Way of Santa Cruz
County, and has been a media
volunteer for the Leon and
Sylvia Panetta Institute for
Public Policy. He is on the
board of the National Steinbeck
Center and the Santa Cruz Museum
of Art and History. He lives in
Santa Cruz County, where he
remains active in a variety of
community organizations. |
