Armanasco Public Relations Appoints New Business Development Account Executive

David Armanasco announced that Andrew Armanasco has joined Armanasco Public Relations, Inc. (APR) as the Business Development Account Executive for the company.

Armanasco graduated from Monterey Peninsula College with an associate degree in Business and attended the University of Tulsa in Oklahoma where he majored in Kinesiology. Prior to joining APR, Armanasco served as Director of Account Management for SOAR Media Agency and was responsible for new business development, account management, and relationship management before becoming a partner in the company. In addition to his position with APR, Armanasco will continue his role as a partner at SOAR Media Agency, a global marketing and advertising agency headquartered in Atlanta, GA.

Gil has been with the city as Director of Community Engagement & Strategic Partnerships since 2020 and served as Interim City Manager from June 2022 – January 2023. In her 20 plus years of experience working on projects throughout Monterey County, she has worked closely with community, public and private organizations, and local governments to implement effective policies and practices that improve systems, create efficiencies, and enhance community relations.
